Here at WaterWalk Wichita, we offer furnished and unfurnished one, two, and three bedroom apartments with all utilities paid! Each home features spacious living areas with faux-wood flooring, fully-equipped kitchens, generous storage space, and a washer/dryer in-unit. WaterWalk Wichita has several amenities to make sure you enjoy your time here with us! Enjoy a bike ride around the river or time with your guests at our outdoor picnic area with BBQ grills. For your convenience, all utilities, including internet and DIRECTV, are paid and ready for your enjoyment as soon as you move in!

If you want to get out and about, you’ll find great dining, shopping, and entertainment options very close by, such as the brand new Riverfront Baseball Stadium, INTRUST Bank Arena, Century II Performing Arts and Convention Center, as well as all the shops and restaurants in downtown Wichita. WaterWalk Wichita is also located near several of the area’s top schools and employers, including Friends University, West High School, Via Christi Hospital St. Francis, and Dillons. With excellent access to major roads such as Highway 400 and Highway 54, you can be anywhere in the area in just minutes. Apartment living has never been so convenient!

WaterWalk Wichita Pet Policy

Unfurnished Apartments (Apartment Residents):

One dog can be 75 lbs or two pets can be 50 lbs or less. WaterWalk Wichita follows the breed restriction rules of the local jurisdiction. We may require a pet interview.

Furnished Corporate Apartments (Hotel Guests):

Hotel guests pay a $125 non-refundable pet fee (dog or cat) per room upon arrival to cover the cost of cleaning the suite after departure.

The $125 non-refundable pet fee does not apply to ADA recognized service animals. Hotel guests do not pay an additional monthly pet fee.

There are no breed restrictions except those imposed by the local jurisdiction. A list of local breed restrictions, if any exist, are available at the front desk.
