Are you a "hotel" or an "apartment" community?
WaterWalk is a blended community of both Hotel suites and Apartment Style Suites. Our fully furnished hotel suites require no application or signed agreement, just a reservation and a credit card on file. Our unfurnished apartment style suites require an approved application and a signed agreement.
Regardless of your needs WaterWalk has an option for you.
Can I bring my pet to WaterWalk Wichita - Downtown?
Currently our pet policy only allows dogs.
WaterWalk welcomes up to two dogs per suite with a combined weight limit of 75 pounds for one pet or 50 pounds each for two pets. There are no breed restrictions except those required by local Morrisville ordinances, and our front desk can provide you with any applicable breed information for the area. A one-time non-refundable pet fee of $300 applies, along with monthly pet rent of $50 for one dog or $75 for two dogs.

Our fully equipped suites are designed for both short-term stays and extended living. Each suite features everything you need to feel at home from day one, eliminating the hassle of setting up utilities or purchasing basic furnishings. Whether you're relocating to Jacksonville, working on a temporary project, or simply need flexible housing, our all-inclusive approach makes your stay seamless and stress-free.
What happens if I need to cancel or terminate my agreement?
We understand that plans can change, which is why we offer flexible cancellation options for our guests. In the event you are unable to take possession of your suite within 5 days of your agreement start date WaterWalk may cancel your agreement at that time. Any payments made to WaterWalk will be forfeited.
If you have taken possession of your suite and are unable to fulfill the terms of your agreement WaterWalk offers an early termination option for a minimal fee. Please refer to your Terms and Conditions agreement for details.
